Breathe Like A Yogi (BLAY)

This course provides detailed training in Pranayama over ten days. We teach the techniques of  Pranayama with, explanations based on Medical Science. 

The course will cover the following:

  • Abdominal Breathing

  • Full Yogic Breathing

  • Anuloma Viloma Pranayama (Stage 4)

  • Kapalabhati

  • Short talks on the wisdom of Pranayama quoting ancient scriptures
