I have known Anisha for over two decades. When I got to know about her ‘Breathe Like A Yogi’ course, I registered right away. 

The techniques were explained in simple language but with utmost clarity. Individual attention was given to each participant. My difficulty to sit on the floor was addressed to with care. 

I really enjoyed the sessions and felt the positive shift in energy levels after the sessions. I intend to join their regular practice group from October.

Despite the covid situation, the learning experience was  interesting. Infact it has come as a blessing. Working out alone in the covid time got stressful, eventually. then came a msg one day from a friend that Anisha, our Gita teacher is starting with her course. I jumped in at the first glance and enrolled without a second thought. I personally went in a deeper understanding on what is yoga, how to approach the asanas, how to guide the beginners to this new learning path. The classes are a great fun and have made me come in a good discipline of an early wake up, finish bath and begin our day with a Guru prayer. Yoga has always been my passion and a great company of zoom friends make it more interesting.

My spiritual journey started about 2 years back after some encounters with spiritual books, online videos etc., Since then I tried many ways to expand my spiritual knowledge, practices towards self-realization. I have always longed for a spiritual teacher who has deep knowledge in spirituality and willing to share it. Like Buddha said ‘keep doing your practice, the teacher will be god sent’ I got to know about Anisha through Jananya. I attended 1-week basic course on pranayama with Anisha and I had a great time learning the basics of pranayama. The course was well structured with a prayer at beginning, theoretical explanation on the practice followed by the actual practice. Anisha was happy answering any questions/doubts anytime during and after the practice. I got instant follow up materials too from Jananya for daily home practice.  Anisha has also got deep understanding of ‘Bhagavat Gita’ and willing to share how it links with pranayama and other yogic techniques. Whether you are on first step or already deep into spiritual journey or just want to learn yogic techniques for general wellbeing I would definitely recommend taking a course with Anisha. I personally look forward doing other advanced courses with Anbe yogam team.

Subbarao from Hyderbad and successfully completed the one week training in pranayama during August, 2020.  The training was very useful with excellent naration of the activities daily performed by all the participants.  At the end of the course, a detailed note for practice in pdf was given which was very useful for our daily practice. I am Laxmi Duggirala and I had the privilege of being a student of Anishaji during my YTTC at Sivananda yoga Vedanta centre at Netala last year.

She is a very inspiring, friendly, humble and knowledgable person . Her teachings of Bhagavadgita made me fall in love with the divine scripture. 

She also taught us physiology with same aplomb. 

Teaching is an inborn skill for her and learning from her is a gift .

'Breathe Like A Yogi' was a refreshing experience for me.  The course is perfectly designed for a beginner in Pranayama.  The simplicity and clarity of the lessons is what attracted me the most. It was a blissful experience..  Both Kapalabathi and Anuloma viloma was covered. The  tips,  insights given are very helpful to practice. I could feel the benefits as freshness in mind even when body is tired, calmness in body, mind and soul.  

The meaning of prayers uttered in the session was really unique. Pranayama being mentioned  in ancient scriptures were told in mid level course. The pamphlet photos are wonderful. I thank my friend who suggested me to join the session which is an everlasting seed of experience...🙏
